You have 30 days from the date you placed your order. If it is not right, simply write to us with your order number and we will arrange the courier for you.

Our partner will collect it from you and bring it back to us, with nothing for you to arrange or pay in either direction. Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging, with the invoice.

Your refund is returned to your original payment method within 7 days of the product reaching us.
