We will collect the original from you and send your replacement out, with shipping on us both sides. Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging, with the invoice.

An exchange is available once per order, within the same 30 days. If your chosen product is higher in price, the difference is payable. If it is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
