Please send the original back to us unused and in its original packaging with the invoice, marked clearly as a returned item so it clears customs without delay. Shipping is paid by you both ways: you cover sending the original to us, and once it reaches us we will share a payment link for shipping your replacement out, based on the destination.

An exchange is available once per order, within the same 30 days. If your chosen product is higher in price, the difference is payable. If it is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
