Ordinary use. Scratches and marks, colour deepening over time, dampness from storage, and damage from water, chemicals, adhesives or an accident. Leather is a natural material and it is meant to change with you. That is not a fault, and we would not want to sell you something that stayed frozen.

We also cannot cover anything you were carrying. A laptop, a phone, a tablet or anything else inside or outside the piece is not part of the warranty.
