Send us photos of the problem and your order number. Our workshop looks at every claim itself. If it is a fault in the making, we repair it or replace it, usually within 4 to 6 weeks plus shipping time.

In India

We arrange collection and we pay the shipping on warranty claims.

Outside India

You send the piece to us and the shipping is yours to pay.
