We do not run a standing repair service, but we would rather look than turn you away. Send us a photo of what has gone wrong and your order number, and we will tell you honestly what can be done.

If it is a part we can post you, a zip pull, a strap, a name tag chain, we will send it. If it needs real work, we will tell you what that involves and what it would cost. Some things can be put right and some cannot, and we would rather say which is which than take your money and disappoint you.
