Within your 30 days it does not matter what we think. If you are not happy with your product, it comes back to us, unless it was a clearance product, or engraved or specially custom made for you.

Beyond the 30 days, our warranty sets out what is covered. Either way, please share a photo with your order number and we will look at it carefully and tell you honestly what we see.
